02 / A PRACTICAL PARTNER

Behind MC Safety & Compliance is Marley Carpenter — a safety and compliance professional who understands that good safety advice has to work beyond the page.
With a background in food manufacturing and logistics, including experience as a WHS & Environmental Coordinator at Baiada, Marley brings a hands-on understanding of operational workplaces. We turn complex requirements into manageable action that fits the way you work.
Marley’s domestic and family violence qualification brings an informed, people-centred perspective to workplace discussions. We can help you consider supportive workplace policies and appropriate referral pathways within an agreed scope. This is not counselling, specialist crisis support or legal advice. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 000; for domestic, family or sexual violence support, contact 1800RESPECT on 1800 737 732.

04 / A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Still have something on your mind?
We’re happy to talk it through.
We support regional businesses and operational workplaces, including agriculture, construction, manufacturing and general business operations. Whether you need a document review, a specific project or ongoing advisory support, we first discuss your needs and confirm the right scope.
MC Safety & Compliance is based in Leeton, NSW, and services the Riverina and surrounding regions. On-site and remote arrangements, travel requirements and availability are discussed before engagement.
Yes. Marley has experience investigating notifiable incidents and submitting investigation details to SafeWork regulators and insurers. We can discuss investigation support, documentation and corrective actions. If an incident may be notifiable, contact the relevant regulator promptly; contacting us does not meet or pause your notification duties. For an emergency, call 000.
We treat workplace information with care and use it for the agreed engagement. Any information-sharing requirements are discussed as part of the scope. Please use the enquiry form for a general outline only, rather than personal health information, detailed incident evidence or other sensitive records.
A brief outline of your business, location, main concern and any important timeframes is enough to begin. You do not need to have everything organised. We will discuss which existing procedures, reports or records might be useful after agreeing on the scope.
Both can be discussed. Engagements may cover a one-off review, a defined project or ongoing WHS advice. Scope, deliverables, fees, timing and availability are confirmed before work starts. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
